Terms governing use of the ConfDay public website, marketing pages, public event pages, and other publicly accessible web content. Drafted for U.S.-focused operations as of March 20, 2026.
By accessing or using the public ConfDay website or any public event page or other publicly accessible web content operated by ConfDay (collectively, the "Website"), the user agrees to these Website Terms of Use ("Website Terms"). If the user does not agree, the user should not use the Website.
If a user uses the Website on behalf of a company, event organizer, or other entity, that user represents that the user has authority to bind that entity to these Website Terms with respect to Website use.
The Website may provide information about ConfDay, showcase public event content, allow users to browse conference details, schedules, speakers, sponsors, locations, and related information, and provide access points to sign in, create accounts, or contact ConfDay.
The Website may also display public event content submitted by organizer customers, including schedules, speaker bios, logos, sponsor information, promotional materials, and related event materials. Such content may be controlled by the relevant organizer customer rather than by ConfDay directly.
The Website is intended for general business and event-information use. Organizer/customer portal accounts, administrator roles, and similar management functionality are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and who can enter into binding agreements.
ConfDay is not directed to children under 13. Users should not use the Website in a manner that violates law, infringes others rights, interferes with the Website, or attempts to bypass security or access controls.
As between ConfDay and the user, ConfDay and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website, including its design, software, interfaces, text, graphics, branding, compilation, and other content, except for third-party or organizer-controlled public event content.
ConfDay grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for its intended purpose, subject to these Website Terms. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Public event content appearing on the Website may be supplied or directed by organizer customers. Organizers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights clearance, and permissions associated with the content they publish or cause to be published through ConfDay.
If a user provides suggestions, comments, feedback, or ideas about the Website or Service, ConfDay may use that feedback without restriction or obligation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment pages, social media pages, sponsor pages, venue pages, or other services not operated by ConfDay. ConfDay is not responsible for those third-party services, their content, or their privacy and security practices.
Access to third-party services is at the users own risk, and those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
ConfDay may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice. ConfDay does not guarantee that the Website or any content will be continuously available, error-free, complete, or current.
ConfDay may remove content, restrict access, or take technical or legal action if ConfDay reasonably believes a user or content violates these Website Terms, applicable law, or others rights, or poses a security or operational risk.
Use of the Website is also subject to the ConfDay Privacy Policy, which explains how ConfDay collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the Website and related Service operations.
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. CONFDay DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
ConfDay does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or free from harmful components. Public event content is often organizer-controlled, and ConfDay does not independently guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of organizer-supplied public materials.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONFDay AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE WEBSITE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONFDayS AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE WEBSITE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
To the extent permitted by law, the user will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConfDay and its affiliates, personnel, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to the users misuse of the Website, violation of these Website Terms, violation of law, or infringement of others rights.
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or these Website Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
ConfDay may update these Website Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised effective or last-updated date. Continued use of the Website after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Website Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Website Terms constitute the entire agreement between ConfDay and the user regarding Website use, except to the extent a separate written agreement applies. ConfDay may assign these Website Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. The user may not assign these Website Terms without ConfDays prior written consent.
